Yes, it is a great choice your family can make to go organic! I do have something to say about the milk though. If possible, try to obtain some RAW milk from strictly grass-fed cows and of course, it should be organic. DO NOT believe the CDC or the FDA saying it is dangerous to drink. Our family has been drinking it for a year and a half now and have never had any problems with it whatsoever. It must be from healthy, grassfed cows, no antibiotics, no pesticides, and no hormones. I could NOT drink pasteurized milk as it would really upset my stomach. It doesn’t matter if it is organic or not, pasteurized milk is void of all the enzymes (lactase to digest the lactose) needed to help your body digest it. All the probiotics are killed when pasteurized and even some vitamins are destroyed. Homogenization destroys the fat molecules which are so very important for our bodies. Milk is a very complex substance. When pasteurized, many of the excellent properties are completely destroyed and it becomes a dead, white liquid. So many kids are developing asthma, allergies and other problems which can actually be corrected with a change in diet. Raw milk is a great start to help correct health issues. Realmilk.com is a great website and can help you locate farmers who sell raw milk. It is illegal in some states which is absolutely absurd. We are talking about milk for God’s sake! People survived on it for thousands of years! If you cannot handle “milk”, try some raw milk. Develop a good relationship with the farmer and you will thank yourself for it! Your family will too! :) and the farm we get ours at also has excellent beef and pastured eggs. Very healthy foods!

That can be a wonderful read. Organic food are truly a healthy choice if we wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. Our earth is greatly affected by pollutants, and through promoting organic food, we are helping our environment even in little steps. I’d like to read this book.
