Wondering what you can do to move chemical reform forward? Here are 5 simple actions to take right now – you don’t even have to move from your seat!
1. Ask Congress to pass a strong Safe Chemicals Act. Contact your legislature through the Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families website.
2. Support the call to ban chlorpyrifos. Sign the petition (addressed to the Environmental Protection Agency) calling for a ban on chlorpyrifos and policy reforms to better protect children from neurotoxins and other dangerous chemicals.
3. Ask for safer cleaning products. Sign the petition asking cleaning products companies to remove harmful chemicals from their products: Petition for Safe Cleaning Products
4. Tweet your Congress People. Enter your zip code at tweetcongress.org and let those who represent you know how you feel about harmful chemicals.
