Jennifer Taggart shows us how you can quickly make your own non-toxic baby powder.

And by DIY you also save money.

You need 1/4 cup of corn starch and 10-15 drops of essential oil (lavender).

I agree.  I love it when I stumble across things that help make my life non toxic.  Especially when it comes to taking care of my baby.  Thanks for the tips on how to make your own baby powder.

Is there an expiration date for how long the powder will last before it needs to be replaced? (i.e. can microorganisms grow after a certain length of time?)
