I have bought washable rugs with a nylon top and latex backing at IKEA for my kids’ rooms for very reasonable prices.

I know that’s not all natural materials, but at least no known problematic substances.  Nylon is pretty harmless as far as I know, and latex is natural and fine as long as you aren’t allergic.  IKEA has other cute rugs too.
If you want a huge area rug, I’m not sure where to get one of those.
