Our guest experts this week will be Catherine McCord from Weelicious and Nicole Meadow from NutritionWise.

Catherine McCord is a culinary expert and mom to two who developed Weelicious to share her passion for exposing children to seasonal, organic food that’s as pure as possible. It is a brilliant website with recipes that are delicious, nutritious and easy, but most important, they’re fast. Catherine makes cooking fun for everyone. (Her site is rather addictive, so beware – give yourself ample time to ooh and ahhh and drool!)

Nicole Meadow, MPN, RD is a reputable professional in the field of pediatric nutrition. Her clients are referred for a variety of nutritional concerns including food allergies, diabetes (type I, II and gestational), celiac disease, feeding disorders, failure to thrive, cardiac disease, eating disorders, and others. Nicole works with both typically developing children and children with developmental disabilities.
