Protect Your Kids and Their Earth!
Tessa Hill

Take time to talk with your kids about the Earth and how they can protect it. The education you can provide them will permanently affect the way they treat their planet. Active Earth-saving will empower children, strengthen their self-confidence and protect their only home, planet Earth.
Kids for Saving Earth is celebrating Earth Day and now is the perfect time to help your kids and their teachers help the Earth. Even toddlers can learn some important messages about how to protect themselves against toxins that may harm their own health and the Earth's. The Kids for Saving Earth book, I'm not asking for the Moon, will help you and your child learn about environmental health issues in a non-scary way. This book will educate the entire family about how to protect their health. The Kids for Saving Earth Little Kids Guide is another important tool for parents with and teachers of pre-schoolers. Just out this month, The Everything Green Classroom Book contains hundreds of environmental activities from air pollution to water woes. All of these books are also perfect Earth Day gifts for your kid's teachers.
During my 4 ½ year term as Board Chair for Healthy Child Healthy World, I have worked to educate parents about the dangers of environmental toxins. I lost my 11 year-old son to a brain tumor in 1989. I believe it was caused by environmental toxins. Before he died, he founded, Kids for Saving Earth, a nonprofit organization with the mission to educate and empower children to protect the Earth. Your children need your help! For Earth Day, check out the Kids for Saving Earth site and tell your children's instructors how they can help the Earth by going to www.kidsforsavingearth.org. We have educational materials for kids of all ages.

Tessa Hill is a founding board member of Healthy Child and continued great asset of this organization and our continued work. Thank you Tessa!!
I give my highest recommendation to her new book - “The Everything Green Classroom Book” - it’s a tremendous resources for classrooms around the country. Get one today for your kid’s teachers.
And since it’s Earth Day, I find it fitting to remind us all that, as Tessa Hill’s son taught us, remember to capitalize “Earth” out of respect and admiration.
