If you've seen it, then you've probably teared up in disbelief, delight, and too many deep emotions to talk about on a Sunday evening. Yes – we're speaking of ABC's EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION!

Right now, Healthy Child Healthy World is seeking a family "in dire need" to join us in a possible collaboration with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition for a charitable opportunity in either Los Angeles or New York.

Each episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is self-contained and features a race against time on a project that would ordinarily take at least four months to achieve, involving a team of designers, contractors and several hundred workers who all have just seven days to totally rebuild an entire house - every single room, plus the exterior and landscaping. The lives of the lucky families are forever changed when they learn that they've been selected to have their home walls moved, their floors replaced and even their facades radically changed.

How can you apply for this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience? We need to learn about your story, family, and current situation in 500 words or less. Be sure to also send no more than 3 photos, a contact email address, phone number, and how you heard about this. Please only apply once and we will contact you if interested – no phone calls please! Send this information to: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Be sure to Tell-A-Friend – this could be an amazing opportunity for the right family!
