Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 bananas
- 1 whole pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- 2 cups purified water
Green Machine
Parents, if your child is a picky eater, this is a great popsicle for them to try. This will help them eat more veggies and you will feel good about letting them have it. An idea you can try is to have your child help you grow your own spinach and let them harvest it when its ready to be added in.

MAKE IT
- Combine spinach, bananas and pineapple into blender and puree together.
- Add in flaxseed and water and puree a second time.
- Pour mixture into chosen pop molds.
- Freeze.
