These fish have the highest amount of mercury, and should be avoided:

1) Tilefish from the Gulf of Mexico, 1.45 parts per million (ppm)
2) Shark, .988 ppm
3) Swordfish, .976
4) King Mackerel, .73
5) Big Eye Ahi Tuna, .639

1) Clams
2) Ocean Perch
3) Canned Salmon
4) Shrimp
5) Whiting
