Make your own all purpose weed killer:

Boil 1/2 gallon of water.
Add 1/4 cup of salt and 2/3 cup of white vinegar. Pour directly on weeds in the driveway, pathway, sidewalks, etc., while still hot.

Excellent tip. I just saw on Jon & Kate Plus 8 that you can use 1 part vinegar, 4 parts water to make an in-home all-purpose cleaner. I will add your weed killer mix to my “safe” chemical cupboard! Thanks!!
